Accessing FinVector SharePoint Online as an external user

External access to SharePoint Online is based on the email address where the invitation to FinVector SharePoint Online was sent. A new one-time passcode is created and delivered for each login. No permanent password is created.

The invitation and passcode are intended for your personal use only. Sharing of invitations and passcodes is not allowed.

Information saved on FinVector SharePoint Online

The email address you have provided us has been saved to send you an invite to FinVector SharePoint Online. During the use IP address and action log are saved. Any other personal or sensitive data is not saved beyond what is necessary for the purpose of file transfer and collaboration.

Purpose and terms of the access to FinVector SharePoint Online

The purpose of sharing the SharePoint site with external users is to provide a secure means to collaborate and to transfer files between FinVector employees and external stakeholders. Access to the SharePoint site is provided by the FinVector personnel with read or read&write access levels depending on the purpose of the collaboration. Other standard SharePoint Online functionality may be utilised to collaborate and share information, but the main purpose is to collaborate and share files.

Access to FinVector SharePoint Online or the files saved in the SharePoint Online are allowed for intended purposes only.

All users are responsible for accessing the contents of the SharePoint site including the files in a secure manner and in accordance with this policy.

Users found to be non-compliant with this policy can have their access terminated without prior notice.
