Niko Pelkonen, Storage Manager
Meet Niko Pelkonen from Kuopio, Savo born and bred.
Niko came to work as a Storage Manager a year ago. His main responsibilities are to stand by his suborninates and to assure the right material flow to and from Manufacturing Department.
According to Niko: "Best thing about working in FinVector is the team spirit across the organisation and the right balance between work and free time." In his free time, Niko likes to hunt in the forest, to spend time with his family and to play with his dogs.
Niko has years of experience in transportation and logistics but this field was unfamiliar to him before. He wants to develop himself in order to serve the needs of his employer at the best way possible and wants to become the world's best manager to his team.
FinVector invests in manager work. We have many internal trainings where we give managers the necessary information on how to deal in different situations, how to recognize different types of employees and how to communicate with them at the best way.
